Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ZZIVE you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and ZZIVE Inc. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use ZZIVE you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete biometric identity verification successfully
• Be a real, unique human individual (one account per person)
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

4. License Grant to ZZIVE

By publishing content on ZZIVE, you grant ZZIVE a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account. ZZIVE does not acquire ownership of your content under any circumstances.

5. Nectar Rewards Program

Nectar is a platform reward currency. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Nectar may only be used within the Platform to purchase goods and services in The Hive marketplace or to promote content.

Nectar balances may be forfeited without compensation if your account is suspended or banned for violations of these Terms. ZZIVE reserves the right to adjust earning rates, conversion thresholds, and permitted uses of Nectar with 30 days' notice.

Any attempt to manipulate the Nectar system through bots, coordinated inauthentic activity, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated Nectar.

6. The Hive Marketplace

The Hive is a peer-to-peer marketplace. ZZIVE facilitates transactions but is not a party to any transaction between users. ZZIVE does not guarantee the quality, legality, accuracy, or delivery of any goods or services listed or sold in The Hive.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, and compliance with consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction. Buyers transact at their own risk. ZZIVE's role is limited to processing the platform fee on each transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Create more than one account per person
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate Nectar or engagement
• Publish pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Publish content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

8. Account Termination

ZZIVE reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, all Nectar balances are forfeited and access to The Hive is revoked. You may appeal a suspension by contacting legal@zzive.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ZZIVE does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZZIVE's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. ZZIVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZZIVE Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) content you publish; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of ZZIVE Inc. You agree to resolve disputes exclusively through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, waiving any right to class-action proceedings.

13. Changes to Terms

ZZIVE may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
